Bras large breasts and small breasts?

I could never find a bra that really fits. Through measures that should be a 38A. When I was heavier, I was 40A and the vials were far enough, but the band is too loose now. 36B is too tight. 38B, mugs are great. I'm just a tall, strong framed, but the bras in my size group seems to be composed mainly of women and of oversized breasts. My bra 38A is tighter, but the caps are too close together. To keep the breasts in the cups I constantly adjust the bra. What a girl supposed to do? Measures on my / all / under my breasts are 38/39.5/35. The only store where I can find my size is the goal. I watch all bras throughout the store and find the best for 4 or bras that are 38A. 4 An adjustment of only sorta but not really. For the same reason I will not order clips online only because I know most of them do not match. I wear bras mainly sports, but do not go with most teams. I wear clothes that are less relaxed, but can not.
