Triggonomics: Men’s Clothing and Women’s Clothing for Fight Fashion

Where can I find (for vintage?) Athletic Shorts Men?

I try to find a sport shorts men of my father. He does not the current fashion for shorter - they prefer to mid-thigh height, 70 or 80 years of style. I also believe that he prefers an elastic waistband. Someone can think of where to find these things? (Especially in winter?)
