Sports Athletic Apparel

I have a question about Liability Insurance. I was recently told that all businesses need to carry some sort of corporate liability insurance. I have two businesses and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this and could answer a question or two?

I own a company that designs and sells athletic apparel, but does not actually manufacture the apparel. Our only employees are my partner and I, everyone else is freelance. What kind of insurance would I need for this? I'd imagine it to be a small, inexpensive policy considering the possibility for liability is small, but does anyone know what i'd need?

I also own a company that I plan to begin selling food items at concerts and festivals. I'd imagine that I'd need a slightly larger policy for that considering the sale of food, but what would I need for that? Where can I go to find an insurance policy for this type of thing?
